What’s Got You Stuck?

A few years ago I bought a shell of a house. I installed central heating and double glazing, and renovated the bathroom and a couple of hallways. Now, the project has been put on hold. For the past 8 months, I’ve been stalled.
It’s the combination of a lot of things:

-    not having a proper plan
-    not knowing where to start
-    not having the skills
-    not having the right tools
-    straight-up laziness
-    being satisfied with things not looking great so long as they are functional

So, to get me unstuck, I need the help of someone who knows everything about renovating houses. That person would be there to answer all of my questions and provide me with ongoing guidance. If they give me one renovation task to do each week, it will get done eventually and it will get done right.
